Author Charlaine Harris specifically didn’t choose New Orleans for the setting of her Southern Vampire Mysteries, but you can’t say the Big Easy doesn’t have style. New Orleans enchants with her rich and unique history and unbeatable cuisine. Even Stephen Moyer couldn’t resist her charms while in nearby Clinton, LA, during filming for Season 2; he braved the summer heat to wander the streets and take photographs.

This Competition is English and you had to sign on to the Newspaper to be eligible to enter the comp. I don’t know how non UK residents will fare in this comp, but there is nothing to say you had to be a UK resident.
I entered, too. Didn’t see any country restrictions. Hell, they’ll save a fortune if someone from the U.S. wins. ;-)
I didn’t see anything either that stated you had to be a UK resident. I entered anyway (the flight, at least, would be really cheap). I don’t know why I bother, though. I never win contests. :-)
