Rutina Wesley, Sam Trammell and James Frain attend the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle Golden Globes party to announce Miss Golden Globe on Thursday evening in Los Angeles, California. Access Hollywood caught up with the True Blood stars where they gave some tidbits about Season 4. Though they didn’t give big leaks away, you’ve been warned anyway!
“It’s gonna be a crazy Season 4,” Rutina revealed. That’s not a surprise for truebies. But what about this, looks like Tara will become a bit of a supernatural too: “There’s gonna be some changes with Tara, hopefully some power and some strength.” However, since one of the cliffhangers on Season 3 was seeing her leaving Bon Temps, it’s unclear where Tara’s storyline will take place:
“That’s the big question,” Rutina said of whether Tara returns. “I can’t tell you that. I love my job too much.”
Sam Trammell also revealed that we’ll find right away on the first episode if he really shot his shapeshifter and trouble-maker brother Tommy Mickens.
“I can’t answer that, You don’t want to know… because something would be ruined for you, but you will find out. You will find out pretty quickly whether I did or did not.”
And James Frain teased about his possible return to True Blood:
“I petitioned them for a flashback or even like a spin off series — I came up with some ideas, but they didn’t return my calls…”
A spin-off series sounds like a great idea to us, James!

Well, power and strength don’t always mean supernatural, so I’m hoping it’s a mental thing for Tara, not that she’s a supe.
To repeat yet again, I know it’s a show primarily about supes, but not everone on the shows needs to be a supe.
