Also, for you fans that are flying, the Hartford (BDL) airport is the closest and roughly 30 minutes away from the hotel.

There is no excuse, its not like True Blood will be airing Sunday Oct. 4th, so now is the time to meet the many people you chatter with everyday.

Many True Blood fans already know we have been helping with the fight to cure Choroideremia. EJ Scott, boyfriend of Deborah Ann Woll, who plays Jessica on True Blood, has done a remarkable job in bringing awareness to the disease with his “Dropping Calories for a Cure!” fund. He has set out to lose 60 lbs. and has already received $98.43 per pound in sponsors.

They are possibly within two short years of human trials to CURE Choroideremia! With enough funding, we can make this happen…. Support the CRF, and in a couple of years you too could be saying, “I helped cure blindness!”

A World of Beer Tasting

Features: At least 18 different beers, representing 8 countries from around the world. Like a wine tasting, only better! Free food, raffle and a free concert! Come down and help support the CRF!

CRF is offering corporate sponsorships of the event, at two levels. At Level 1 ($300 donation), you will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the event and mention of your corporation on all materials related to the event. At Level 2 ($500), you receive 6 complimentary tickets, mention of your corporation on all materials related to the event, and a listing of your corporate name and website (if applicable) on their “Corporate Friends” page of our website (page under construction). Price: $25 ($30 at the door) 21 and older only, please.
