Lizzie. Here’s what I think. That woman is a flashback dream sequence inside Bill’s head. He dreams this whilst being poked by the bikers/lorena/other dude/whoever. Probably he visited his wife (but they changed her name to Olivia in the show) before she died and she thought maybe it was her son and not Bill!

That Olivia woman with the frame lives in the middle of nowhere! Hoe did Bill get there? This is most perplexing! He is in a mansion, he is being stabbed and drained by bikers and he is in the middle of nowhere with an old lady who thinks Bill is her son!! Hello?? Is this spread out over the season or is Bill going to be a busy boy in 2 eps??
