OMFG!!!! Alan IS going to make Sookie a skank. I truly hoped AB would do better then that. Do I hold out hope? Our so called heroine is going to be a slut? DAMN!!!
Hey Aem, relax babe! It just means Sookie will find Alcide attractive, I don’t think it means anything else than that. Let’s hope he is played by the gorgeous Henry Cavill from The Tudors. Alan Ball, are you reading this? Before we get any further, I just want to clarify that while Henry is gorgeous, he is no Steve (i.e. hotter than Hades).

I think Christian Kane would make a perfect Alcide! He’s the guy who plays Elliot on tnt’s Leverage! He is also a singer and his song “More Than I Deserve” would be the perfect song to be playing when Eric and Sookie finally do their thing! Look him up on myspace if you don’t believe me. He’s PERFECT!!!!!

Hmm I forgot about Christian Kane!! God that guy is hot as sin! He’d have to cut his hair shorter though in order to play Alcide! But he’s definitely got that ‘rough around the edges’ look and he’s a great actor!
True blood is a tv show, they are going to do the most interesting story they think will entertain. They are not worried about making their heroine sookie into a slut. Its entertainment.
Even then, so what if sookie and alcide do have an attraction. They can be attracted to each other but it doesnt mean they are going to act on it!
I think if anything physical was going to happen with sookie and some one other than bill, it will be eric. But I doubt anything will happen. AB stated that eric & sookie will not necessarily get together in season 3.. Again there is a difference between developing a stronger connection to someone, compared to actually acting on it!

everybody is saying that the sookie in the books is a skank, but if I remember correctly the only reason bill was held hostage in the first place was cause he betrayed her and left her for his ex. he’s lucky she went to look for him at all…so if she hooks up with someone else so what…
