Ryan Kwanten participated in the 14th Annual Susan G. Komen 2010 Race for the Cure on Sunday, March 14th at Dodger Stadium in Elysian Park.  Big thank yous to everyone who donated to Team Kwanten. Looks like you can still donate to Ryan’s team as of Monday morn.

Since its origination in Dallas in 1983, the Komen for the Cure® Series has grown from one local Race with 800 participants to a series of more than 100 Races with more than one million people expected to participate.

The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®, is not simply a fundraiser, it is an emotional celebration of courageous breast cancer survivors and a memorial for those who have lost their battle with the disease.  It raises awareness of the importance of early detection and self advocacy and provides funding for national breast cancer research and local breast cancer treatment.
