“Il vampiro hard” –> hard is for hardcore, but in this case I think it should be translated as “the hot/often naked vampire” :D
And the picture on the left says “In the last 12 years no one offered me a role that didn’t involve getting naked”.

I can understand why they chose that particular photo of Stephen – it has a European look to it. I like both pictures, and Anna looks great too, what they showed of her.
