Season four was a winner as I’ve come to expect from my fave series. I can never get enough of Alcide though. His character doesn’t seem to be featured for season five. Please say our favourite wolf is returning. Hell, make my day and say that Alcide will be given even more screen time in season five.

We’ve only just finished season4 in New Zealand but like everyone i can’t wait for 5! This show just continues to expand, become addictive and please crowds. I would kill to be in this show or to be even close to where auditions are held. Well done TrueBlood crew. You are just grand!

Stan could not have changed Steve, he met his final death in the bombing at the Dallas nest, But Isobel or any other surviving member of Godric’s nest could have changed him.

I think it may have been Nan b4 she was killed by Bill and Eric..it would have been great publicity if the one man who had been on tv hating them, preaching about God became one of the vamps himself!
I will not even watch this show unless Bill Compton has some sort of a love interest – we only saw him twice without hsi shirt (hah hah) and if he is not going to have Sookie I do Mr. Ball has something
great planned for his character. I keep on repeating that I was “hung” on this series the first episode when he meet Sookie etc and she saved him and when he pronounced the name “Sookie” Stephen Moyer is a very sexy man and I dont feel Alan Ball has done him justice of late – again my opinion – everyone else seems to feel Alexander is sexy – I dont see that – but that is just my opinion

thing is it is based on the books, and bill did not even hang arond this long in them, i love the show but i realy loved the books first.
sorry lot of spellings wrong in previous statement I just wish Stephen Moyer will be able to comman more material and some love interest I do think he is a great “romantic” and as Ann Rice said when she comparied Twilight with True blood her character was Bill because he did not want to be what he was and she said he did a marvelous job in showing that in that character – so again hopefully a love interest etc
I agree with your comment, Stephen does a marvelous job playing “Bill”, no character in TB is perfect, everyone has their strenghts and weaknesses. I’m still hopeful that Bill will get back with Sookie, but am not sure if that’s going to happen or not. I just think that he needs someone who isn’t a shark (Portia, yuck), but I don’t know, we shall see what happens in season 5.
i am so excited for season 5! i can’t wait to see when pam was turned and to meet eric’s sister!! i really liked eric and sookie together this past season but i would be okay with her being with alcide! I would def. have to say eric is my favorite character by far!!!! :) i loved him even when he was mean in season 1! to finish up all i have to say is the summer can’t come any sooner!!!!!!!

OMG….I did not even think about Tara, but I don’t think that they will take that character that far….Tara I believe will remain to be the tough exterior of Sookie’s childhood friend.

yes bill has messed up but so has sookie! i believe that they just had to have a little exploration before finally settling down with each other. bill and sookie are true soul mates. they will never stop loving each other..so please..crew and cast just need to let their love flower.

I do agree with u..eric is so sexy.. The more I watched TB, the more I like sookie with eric. Eric acted like himself in front of sookie. A jerk and arrogant. Bill, hmmm… Changed every season.. Season 1, yeah, I do like bill with sookie tgether, but now, I’m hoping that sookie will choose eric. For alcide, he is a hot warewolf… But, I don’t think he suit for sookie.
What can I say…For my Birthday this year my 22 year old daughter and my daughter’s best friend (my daughter also) Gave me the Sookie Stackhouse series plus the 1st season of trueblood. My birthday was Oct. 5 …..i have read 11 books and watched all 4 seasons of Trueblood. Bill (Stephen) you could eat crackers in my bed anytime and bring Anna with ya she can keep my hubby company lol.
I would really like to see Bill and sookie together. I do thnk the Bill loves her . Eric good love him lol loves himself. BUt he s a hunk of a man i must say. But, Sooke should get to bed alcide . Sookie darling dye that hair brown and get with it the blonde monments are killing me. I truley love the whole cast of Trueblood ths show takes some of lfe’s worries away for a hour shame it isn’t on all the time . Hey I know how you feel, going through those Eric Addiction Withdrawals myself. Everyone is right about one thing, Bill does need to get back into the picture don’t think he should have gone political. Eric is straight forward and I really liked seeing the kinder side of him. Bill may not have wanted to be turned but then neither did Eric or any of the vampires. Alcide is good looking but Sookie needs to stay with our vampire family, she has come such a long way from the innocent young girl talking with her grandma in the kitchen. Eric needs to be with Sookie at least once while he is in his right mind, she can’t just turn him away after she has seen his true self. Love all the True Blood cast and look forward to seeing more of Eric, Jason and the newest member Chris Meloni…. Hurry up and get to June. :)
What’s up with all of this Beehl love? Beehl needs to go to Peru and never come back!!! We’re all tired of AB’s love for his Beehl boy… Come on, check out other pages,for example Ericandsookielovers, or 100 of other – nobody cares about Bill! Nobody! I can’t believe people are still commenting on this post, but here goes. I want to see the Authority, and how Bill and Eric are punished for their defiance and for killing Nan Flannigan. I want to see what role Chris Meloni plays in S5. I want to see if Alcide becomes the Shreveport packmater, or if TB will save that for S6. I want to see how Jason will deal with Steven Newlin back in his life and also his relationship with Jessica. I want to see if Hoyt will turn into an open vampire hater and join the Fellowship of the Sun. I want to see how Sam’s relationship with Luna works out (or doesn’t work out). I don’t particularly care about Patrick Devins and Arlene and Terry, but I hope it will be more interesting than the demon baby in S4. I hope Andy gets to do something really cool in S5. The V addiction was a drag. I don’t really care who Sookie is with in S5. I would be fine with flashbacks or sexy dreams. Alcide drags her into the werewolf politics in Book 5, so it’s possible she will spend more time with him. I want to see the Pelts grill Sookie about Debbie’s disappearance. And most of all, I WANT TO SEE RUSSELL EDGINGTON (cue the creepy music).

as much as i like a proper antebellum man i’m more of a classical victorian and those guys are too controlling i like the vikings freedom where the women may raise kids at home but they sure can kick butt though i must say that my husband had better be turned on by corsets and petticoats cause i wear them at least once a week… though i am building my armory for viking wear as well lol

It was such a nice discussion until your post. There are Eric lovers and Bill lovers and plenty of both.
Eric is not without responsibility for hurting Sookie. He tortured Lafayette, he stood by while Longshadow attacked her, he left her at RE’s mercy, he put Sookie in the basement in a metal collar & chain!!! She’s been thru it with both vampires. If we’re all honest there’s plenty of blame to go around if that’s what we want to dwell on. That’s not the essence of the story, though, IMO.
My hope is Sookie will take a step back altogether and mature, learn from what has happened in a short time in her life and that whatever she ultimately does will be a true reflection of what she feels in her heart – not a knee jerk reaction with anyone. That just makes the story more credible.
