Kathie Huddleston from Sci Fi Mag, is giving a first look at the August issue of the magazine in her blog. The magazine, that will be out in the news stands in June, is featuring interviews with Alan Ball, Rutina Wesley & Denis O’hare. Kathie publishes some questions with Denis, true Blood’s King of Mississipi that you can’t miss!

KATHIE: I understand you are going to be a regular on the show.
DENIS: I am. I don’t know what that means in terms how long I’ll be around [laughs]. But you know what, I’m around this year. I’m a regular this year.
KATHIE: Have you read the book series?
DENIS O’HARE: I’ve read a bunch of them. I think I’ve read three of them. Is that a bunch? The thing is I don’t think we shoot very closely to the books.

Yes and no, he might change things we want to see too. Like, why is Bill waking up in a bed? I’ve spent months preparing for tortured, sleep deprived, noble Bill – not exactly expecting him to be comfortable, fluffy bed sleeping, lap-dance receiving Bill.
(sorry Bill, I love you so, but, you know, that self-sacrifice was a really good thing about book Bill)
Hopefully this will mean no trunk scene? I’ll reserve judgement on that lap dance until I see the scene.
I’ve heard no trunk scene. I’m also guessing there’s not going to be a lot of what book Bill actually went through while while he was kidnapped.
Part of me really wants to see the scene at the end of Book three, after she regains conciousness and hears B and E talking about her as if she’s not there, and she gives them both the finger. For some reason this scene has always amused the hell out of me.
