I would say “shame on you” for bringing what appeared to be a young and innocent girl into your cab, but since you didn’t survive the experience, I’ll forgo the ethical lecture. She didn’t mean to kill you, and although your death really freaked her out, I’m super-glad she didn’t accidentally turn you because the show doesn’t need anymore rednecks. I admit to laughing at your expense during Jessica’s chat with Auntie Pam about what to do with you.

The Lysol and the chainsaw would’ve been a disgusting turn of events, so it’s just as well Franklin Mott popped off your head (even if the talking bit was quite macabre) and half-assed buried the rest of you. I’m sure someone, somewhere, misses you, and it’s sad that they’ll probably never know what happened, but those are the breaks sometimes. Rest in peace, Jessica’s Trucker.

Back to Dead Trucker : what a great facilitator, this guy. As a corpse, or just the head of one, he really moved along the plot points and the fun and the irony and the real nitty gritty of learning how to be a vampire. He was ‘My Weekend with Bernie”.

Jess was very cute in her desperation to save him though. What a brilliant addition to the series was Jessica. And to think, after the first season I wasn’t onboard. For shame!
