Joe Manganiello
Good news for Joe Manganiello fans, as he has been upgraded to regular for Season 4. Joe, as most of you know, plays the werewolf Alcide Herveaux, who is helping Sookie Stackhouse to find missing Bill in Season 3 of True Blood. He was originally supposed to appear only in a handful of episodes, but looks like he impressed the show’s producers and was embraced by True Blood fans, leading to his promotion to regular for next season.
This is Awesome! I thought that Alcide would Only be in a few episodes and then be phased out somehow.
I’m glad the he will be a regular for next season and beyond,maybe?? Thats just Great!!

Same here. ZERO chemistry with Sookie and I am finding his acting kinda “meh”. Russell, Franklin, and Talbot are all just brilliant and screamingly funny so I hope some of them survive.

His character is still mentioned in Book 10, so why not keep him around. I like his character very much.

yay! i like alcide…he genuinely seems like a good guy! ofcourse he wont be perfect but every1 on here thus far, bring a sense of darkness with them. He doesnt have darkness at all, he just brings baggage that is bitch debbie pelt!!!

I hope now that they also bring back Dawn O. who played his sister. I think she really nailed her scene with Anna.

@Cordelia, Bubba was not included in the show becuase the creators thought that to be too hard, with all the “wanna-be” bubbas out there. too many impersonators, ya know?
Hes like a regular in the books… the series wouldnt be right without him…. and your right where is Bubba? If anyone here saw Bubba-hotep you all know Bruce Campbell is made for this part IMO.
