We informed you days ago that True Blood was looking for a hot latino to play Lafayette’s boyfriend. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the recurring role has gone to Kevin Alejandro known for his role in Southland.
Alejandro will play Jesus Velasquez, a good-natured Latino orderly who’s taking care of Lafayette’s mother (played by Alfre Woodard). He is expected to appear in almost every episode of the HBO series’ upcoming third season.

I had my suspicions, but wasn’t sure about Lafayette/Eric hookup. I think it would be hot, but I’m known to enjoy those sorts of things.
