We previously told you that Joe Manganiello is another True Blood Cover Boy, and now we have the full magazine scans to share with you. This time Joe is on the cover of the July 2011 issue of Muscle & Fitness. We all know he works hard for those abs, and it shows!
When it comes to eating for abs, Joe Manganiello has enjoyed an advantage from birth. His mother loathed sugar. When the actor was five, a doctor handed him a lollipop and he had no idea what it even was. “Guys come up to me all the time and ask me how I eat,” he says, “and I say, ‘no sugar’.”
