I think jason’s been through so much the past 3 season (where everything has happened in about a month!) that he just can’t handle this at the moment, they’re both been through pretty crappy situations and I really don’t think either of them have got it worse its just that Jason’s been botling all this up and now it seems its starting to come spewing out

Unless you’re a werepanther, I think you’re pretty safe. There have already been comments by characters on the show as to how screwed up Hotshot is (Eric, I think, made some reference to brother-cousins).
