Yeah, she’s sweet, but deadly. Southern magnolia….already checking the place out, thinking how she can fix it up. Next thing you know she’ll be over with some house plants and a slip cover for the couch, and then get her feelings hurt when Hoyt gets annoyed, then he’ll feel like the bad guy and make it up to her, which is exactly what she wanted to begin with.
