Up for auction is your chance to have a date with this handsome guy (and his lovely wife who couldn't make it into the picture)!

As you remember, the fourth episode of True Blood 4 was dedicated to Jesse James Cartwright. Jesse was a member of the True Blood transportation crew and lost his life earlier this year, leaving behind his wife and three children. Jesse was beloved by every True Blood team member and now the True Blood Staff, Cast and Fans are uniting to raise funds for Jesse’s family.

We have just begun a very special auction to raise additional dollars for Jesse’s Fund: Up for auction this week is a certificate for a visit to the True Blood sound stage at The Lot in West Hollywood, where you’ll enjoy the fine scenarios designed by Suzuki Ingerslev that you have seen so many times at home. That’s right, the lucky winner will get to bring a friend and see where True Blood is made! But wait, that’s not all…

Stephen Moyer & Anna Paquin have agreed to have a personal lunch with the winner!

Bid for the set visit/lunch HERE.

The auction winner will be contacted by a representative from the television show to set up dates and times for the visit. The certificate needs to be redeemed during the filming of True Blood’s fifth season.

You and your pal will have to arrange your own transportation to West Hollywood, but hey – this is a once in a lifetime chance!

And oh hey, a birdie told us that very soon another beloved True Blood duo will be doing the same for Jesse Cartwright’s Fund: the lovely Kristin Bauer and Alexander Skarsgård! So ladies, gentlemen, get your bids ready, because there’s no way you can miss this!

100% of the proceeds from this auction (minus fees) will benefit The Jesse James Cartwright Fund.

TrueBlood-News.com, AlexSkarsgard.net & affiliated sites urge you to find out more about Jesse,
then please donate to the family directly using this Paypal button.

  4. jody says:

What an awesome opportunity for someone – not only are you helping out a TB family in need, but to visit the set AND have lunch with Anna & Stephen? Priceless!

    • Lividity says:

I know – hell, I wish I was loaded. Sadly, not the case over here. I’m sure the person who most wants to go will be the winner. OK, that is my hope ;)

  5. Sheri says:

Priceless! It’s at these times, I wish I would win the Lotto! Congratulations, in advance, to the very lucky winner.

  6. Persephone says:

It’s really great that the cast, crew and the fansites are doing so much for this. No time is ever good to lose a family member but it must be doubly hard to grieve and still have to make ends meet in a bad economy.

  7. shocknawe says:

oh my I wish I had money – I’d go for broke. Really it’s too bad he’s not single — I mean 10 min in the trailer – THAT would be worth my last cent……..

  8. Jess says:

I would sell everything I own for that…but I think that still wouldn’t even be enough. But that just means there will be lots of money going to a family in need. And a lucky person will get to have one very amazing experience! I hope to to see the bidding go redonkulous.

  9. Belle says:

This would be wonderful. I adore Anna but meeting Stephen would be the ultimate experience for me.
He is such an incredible man!!!

  10. lemor davidovici says:

this is such a good bloody prize i wish i could bid i would love to have lunch with anna & with stephen moyer i love people who are cool animal lovers !.

  11. Sharon Cobb says:

Would you please change it to a 30 dollar raffle? You know you’d get thousands of people buying a 30 dollar ticket, and that would raise the more money than one person, most likely, yet allow almost all TB fans to participate in a chance to visit the set.
It’s the only fair way to do it, and still get the money for your good cause.

Anyone else agree? If so, state so on here, and perhaps they will change it to a raffle.

    • Lividity says:

Sorry Sharon, but no, we cannot change this event to be a raffle. We were approached by the producer of the series to present an online auction. Which is what we are doing. As for fairness, nothing is fairer than the person who is willing to pay the most wins.

Please understand there is a lot of planning that goes into an event like this. A lot of thought went into doing the lunch visits in this manner. This is not a Battle of the Fang type event – although please do look for those sorts of endeavors in the future.
