Our friends over at Skarsgardfans.com have some more exclusive photos that they shared with us. Lucky ladies!
True Blood production trucks were set up outside a market and a home in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles today. The filming inside the market was earlier in the morning and the crew moved from that location to the home a few blocks away. The filming was for episode 5.03 “Whatever I am, You Made Me”.
According to the production call sheet, the filming at the market had Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten) running into Miss Steeler (played by Melissa Page Hamilton). Their meeting led them to go to Miss Steeler’s home to “rekindle” a romance perhaps. The images below are from the filming today 1/24/12. Waiting sucks but the little bits of news help make the wait less painful!
On my walk back to my car I was able to catch a glimpse of Ryan Kwanten (shirtless) leaving the house being used for filming:

They have more filming shots at their
site. Check it out!

Janina, Ryan, Carrie & Joe
We’ve got even more Golden Globes After Party Red Carpet chat from some True Blood stars. Janina Gavankar posted this video by MTV on her blog that features her, Ryan Kwanten, Carrie Preston and Joe Manganiello. Thanks Janina and MTV!
Unfortunately for all of us “True Blood” fans, we still have quite a wait for the premiere of season five. And while the waiting does indeed suck, MTV News was lucky enough to attend HBO’s fancy Golden Globes party on Sunday where we encountered not one but four excellent cast members—Ryan Kwanten, Janina Gavankar, Carrie Preston and Joe Manganiello—who gave us a little preview of what’s in store for their characters.
“Jason is hanging onto every shred of humanity as it is, and he was lucky to survive last season. He was on the brink of death several times,” Ryan said of Jason Stackhouse’s failed werepanther transformation. “This season he’s finally becoming a man, I think. He’s got responsibility in his life. He’s in a position of authority too because Andy is not doing too well with being a sheriff.”

Will Jessica leave Jason in the dust too? (PC: HBO)
Kristin at Eonline.com answered a couple True Blood questions. One we knew, but what’s this about Jessica?
Ben: Any True Blood scoop?
Watch out, Alcide (Joe Manganiello)! Debbie Pelt’s (Brit Morgan) mom and dad are coming for answers about the whereabouts of their daughter, and they don’t appreciate anyone speaking ill of their baby girl.
Taylor: I’m going through serious True Blood withdrawals. Got anything to hold me over until summer?
Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) might be getting a new love interest who has an advantage over Jason (Ryan Kwanten) and Hoyt (Jim Parrack): he’s British and very attractive. Plus, his name is Claude. Try competing with that.
What do you think? Will Jessica be going after Sookie’s fairy cousin Claude?

Zooey & Ryan do make a cute couple (PC: FOX)
We are fast approaching the Valentine’s Day episode of New Girl. As we told you before, Ryan Kwanten will be guesting on the February 14th episode (to air on FOX). Are you as excited as me, Nesters?
TV Guide has the first look picture and some scoop on the episode (and a bit about Ryan & Jason Stackhouse’s lovelife).
In the February 14 episode, Zooey Deschanel‘s Jess goes cruising at a bar in search of an emotion-free one-night stand and encounters Ryan’s Oliver. “I save her from choking on a cherry,” teases Ryan, who says Zooey welcomed him on set with open arms. “But he loves talking about food and turns out to be one of the most boring guys she’s ever dated.”
As for his own V-Day history, Ryan tells me, “I’ve been single for so long that Valentine’s Day seems like just another day.” All together now: Awww….
The nights will be far steamier for Mr. Kwanten this summer when True Blood returns for its fifth insane season. “I’m already back shooting,” he says. “Jason is definitely treading into uncharted territories with Jessica. For once, his one-track mind is focused on love.” Wouldn’t it be a shame if his ex-flame — Reverend Newlin’s wife, Sarah — were to reappear in Bon Temps and mess everything up?

Updated with TV Guide scan. Says Ryan, “I was a fan of New Girl’s sharp wit and thought it would be a great opportunity for me if I could get on there.”

Former best friends Jason & Hoyt, before Jason told Hoyt "the news" PC: HBO
In Season 4, we saw best buddies Hoyt Fortenberry and Jason Stackhouse end their friendship over the news that Jason had sex with Hoyt’s ex, Jessica Hamby. True, Hoyt and Jessica were broken up, but we all know that Hoyt wouldn’t be able to let that slide. He & Jason have been friends for so long, he & Jessica had only been dating & living together for a year or two.
So what do you think is up for Hoyt? He’s lost his best friend and his girl this season. Not to mention he left his mama Maxine because she didn’t like him being with a vampire. Will he go back to her? Go back to Summer and her biscuits again? Join the Fellowship of The Sun now that he thinks vampires are “monsters”? Will he realize Jason really did try to stay away from Jessica and forgive him? His story seems pretty up in the air.

Jessica & Jason: Meant to be, or another crazy-ass relationship gone wrong for Jason?
As for Jessica: she seems pretty happy with the way things are going right now. She’s not tied down to one man, can eat who she wants, and have incredible sex with Jason when she wants. Will her sex arrangement with Jason stick, or will she want something more?
It’s hard to not see Jessica with Hoyt (since they were such a great couple in Season 2 & 3) but wants to explore of her vampire side and being tied to one man isn’t going to cut it. She sure has grown up a lot since she was made vampire in Season 1 – glad to see her relationship with Bill has improved and they can respect one another.
And finally: Jason. He has grown up a lot too – being much more responsible, being honest with Hoyt and actually being a good cop. True, he hurt his best friend (but in Ross’s defense on Friends, they were “on a break”). We all know he struggled to fight his desire for Jess, but she was too much for himto resist. He seemed offended when Jessica said, “Since when is Jason Stackhouse concerned with doing the right thing?” And what about all of those women he was forced to have sex with in Hotshot? Did he impregnate any of them? Will Mama Kitty Crystal come back for him? Will Jason become a panther after all? Will we have to see that dreadful place again? (I have to admit, I kind of like Timbo, but that’s it.)
Tell us what YOU think will happen to Hoyt, Jessica and Jason this season. Was it just the blood that Jessica gave him or is there really something deeper going on between those two? Are Hoyt’s words to Jason true? (‘You’ll never have something real with her or anybody because there’s something inside you that’s just missing.’) Who will Hoyt turn to? Will “Ghostdaddy” breed?
