True Blood News at The NestIt would appear so, according to this great story and picture from the Los Angeles Times! Beware, there be some spoilers ahead.
Stephen Moyer is baring his fangs like he means it. Over and over and over again. In character as the 173-year-old vampire Bill Compton, the star of HBO’s campy drama “True Blood” is hovering midair, poised for a real throw-down.
Fans won’t see this scene for several more weeks, so revealing the bizarre and complex events that have led to it would only spoil the fun. In this densely plotted series, which recently garnered its first Emmy nomination in the drama series category, each episode is so revelatory that HBO has built its own wiki to help fans keep up. So far, 11.7 million of them are up to the task, tuning in each week for what show creator Alan Ball calls the ” ‘I can’t believe I’m watching this’ moments.”

Just in case seeing everyone all dolled up for the premiere last night didn’t wet your appetite for more, HBO has released 30 new Season 3 stills: Queen Sophie Ann and Nan Flannagan in Fangtasia (along with a pole…), a lot of very confused looking humans, a very scrumptious looking Bill in a fancy chair (and also in a tux), a shirtless Alcide, fangs galore (apparently in Sookie’s house), and so much food for fodder/speculating. Thanks Buzzsugar for sharing! Enjoy!

Read More »Evan Rachel Wood and her fiance, the well known musician Mr. Marilyn Manson, were seen today preparing to board a flight. Evan was wearing “Lolita” style heart-shaped sunglasses. Manson wrote the song “Heart-Shaped Glasses” about his relationship with the much younger Wood.

Evan Rachel Wood and Marilyn Manson were seen together going out to eat at STK on Wednesday (March 24) in Hollywood. The Queen of Louisiana showed off her giant engagement ring as she and her fiance left the restaurant together.

Zap2It reports that Evan Rachel Wood, known to us as ditzy vamp Queen Sophie Anne, has been signed on to star in HBO’s latest big budget, high brow mini series, Mildred Pierce, together with Kate Winslet (as Mildred Pierce), Guy Pearce and other impressive names. This might explain why she dropped out of the dodgy-sounding Spiderman muscial on Broadway, as we reported a couple of days back.
The adaptation of James M. Cain’s novel follows the title character as she attempts to make a better life for herself and win the love of her ungrateful daughter in Depression-era Los Angeles. Evan will play Mildred’s daughter Veda — which will require her to play younger, Kate Winslet to play older, or both, as in real life Evan is only 12 years younger than Winslet, who is definitely no hag.

“Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark,” the upcoming Broadway musical featuring songs from “U2″ members Bono and The Edge, is facing yet another difficulty as Evan Rachel Wood has walked away from the production.
Wood was set to play Mary Jane Watson opposite Reeve Carney as Peter Parker and Alan Cumming as the Green Goblin. According to the “Spider-Man” musical’s producers, Wood was forced to depart the project due to a conflict in her schedule.
We guess that schedule conflict is related with The Queen of Louisiana affairs in True Blood world.
