Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release Straw Dogs on Blu-ray next month. As we all know, Alcide Herveaux (Joe Manganiello) will return to True Blood in tonight’s episode. We keep hearing that he will not be alone, and we’re thinking that he will be with his former fiancé, Debbie Pelt (Brit Morgan). You have to wonder why he could go back to such a (for the lack of a better word) bitch, but he has described her as the “love of his life.”
Alcide was by no means satisfied of killing his rival, the vicious and also V addicted King Russell’s servant, Cooter.
“Do you think it feels good to kill a wolf my ex-girlfriend loves? Well it don’t. Don’t matter if he was bangin’ her while we was still together or he’s a drug addict or a criminal…It still tears my guts out to see Debbie in so much pain. Not to mention killin’ one of my own kind. But that bastard was coming for me. He would have torn out my throat. God only knows what he would have done with Sookie and Tara. He had to go.”
HBO topped both the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart and Blu-ray Disc sales chart with True Blood: The Complete Third Season for the week of June 5, 2011!
Sales were so strong that the season two set, released last year, returned to the disc sales chart as well, holding a position at No. 9. Season one, released in May 2009, also is back on the chart at No. 14.
This should be enough to secure a season 5 & 6 right?
