Reverend Steve Newlin, vampire-hater extraordinaire (played by Mike McMillian) has confirmed that he’ll return to True Blood.
“You have not seen the last of Reverend Steve,” he told MTV at Comic-Con. “That’s probably all I can say!”
Of course, that’s not all that McMillian could say, as the actor went on to praise his “True Blood” colleagues for giving him the “best acting experience I’ve had so far…. Working with Alan Ball and that entire cast and crew is absolutely amazing,” he said.

Our favorite man-scaped werewolf, Joe Manganiello, appeared on Fox’s “Good Day LA” this week to talk about True Blood and the Sookie/Bill/Eric/Alcide/Player-to-be-Named-Later love … box.

Access Hollywood did interviews with Anna Paquin and Sam Trammel at Comic-Con last week and they’ll both put a smile on your face. No one sides steps a question as well as Anna does, we could all take lessons. And when it comes to Sam…..well, it seems no one wants his sperm, though if someone comes forward he admits he can be bought.

Joe Manganiello talked to Jethro at Zap2It at Comic-Con about his new job as a series regular on True Blood and where his character will go from season three. He’s not hard to look at and you gotta love his enthusiasm for his “dream job”!

I like The Magister. He’s evil and fun and drops references to the Salem witch trials during torture sessions. What’s not to like? The man behind The Magister, Zeljko Ivanek, was at Comic-Con (along with the rest of Hollywood, it seems) promoting his new series “The Event.” Zap2It got an interview with Ivanek and asked him about his many evil guest roles and if it taints his character in the new show.

James Frain may not have been on the True Blood panel at ComicCon, but he was there and he gave a short little interview to Audrey from Fearnet. This man cracks me up every time I see him.
