Team Bill invites you to a fund raiser at Barrel Oak Winery in beautiful Delaplane, Virginia to raise money for GulfAid! If you live in the National Capital Area, or you know someone who does, please join us on August 15 from 1 to 5 p.m. for good wine, great company, beautiful views of the Virginia piedmont, and help us raise money for GulfAid.
Barrel Oak Winery is kid- and dog-friendly so bring them along! There are toys and water tubs outside for your canine friends, and lots of people bring picnics. Not to worry, BOW also serves some tasty snacks, including vegan and vegetarian, and keeps a jar of biscuits on hand for our four-legged buddies.
I’ll be there along with Aemac, so you can meet us or avoid us at your pleasure. We’re also hosting some very fine homemade baked treats for a nominal donation to GulfAid. Please join us!

oh this get together is just the srot of thing I love- lovely setting, good company, a nice red (I mean wine y’all) and doggies in tow. I think my dog is a shifter too because even when he walks on 4 legs he stills acts like the prince of bloody weimar. Surely an annoying trait he cant shake off when he shifts into the pee-on-trees and smell-your-butt form. Have a wonderful time ladies and please take pics!

I think besides raising money for Gulfaid, what I am looking forward to most is meeting (in person) new friends and watching TB together Sunday night and generally acting like 16 yr olds at a slumber party. Giggling over Bill like teenagers.
I am so looking forward to seeing the pix. Wish there were some way the Antipodean contingent could hoist a glass or seven with you, but vicarious living is a good thing, too.

To wit: post some of the Twitter Tweets? I am crash hot with apps like Photoshop and InDesign, but blow me down, Twitter is like Urdu to me.
What, you’re asking ME for help with Twitter? I hates Twitter, honey. If they’re doing live tweets they usually put a box on the front page so you can read them easily, otherwise click on the birdie on the front page to go through to the Twitter feed. Um, a little help, tech savvy ladies?
Go to twitter.com and open a Twitter account. It’s very easy. Then follow @truebloodnest and @nothoney to see the pics. I dunno if they’ll put up a Twitter feed scroll on the site for just a few tweets, so your best bet is to get down with the social media. It’s not hard and it’s fun!
