Anna Paquin attended the European premiere of “The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler” at the main auditorium of the Neptun Cinema in Gdańsk, Poland.
Anna left her handprint at the Avenue of Stars in Gdańsk, along with director John Kent Harrison and co-star Marcia Gay Harden in an event that drew the attendance of Poland President, Lech Kaczynski, among others.
“The Courageus heart of Irena Sendler,” directed by John Kent Harrison tells the story of the Polish born heroine and social worker who rescued 2,500 Jewish children from the Warsaw Ghetto during World War II.
